Status: Upcoming Holiday / Limited Operations To celebrate the traditional Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) with our families, our team will be observing a scheduled holiday break. Please carefully review the following timeline to plan your orders: Orders & Shipping Timeline:
  • January 15, 2026: Cutoff for Standard Orders. (Note: After this date, we will stop accepting regular orders. However, models listed in our Ready to Ship Collection are still available for purchase.)
  • February 05, 2026: All Shipping Paused. Warehouse operations will close completely. (This is the absolute final shipping day for all orders, including “Ready to Ship” items.)
  • February 10, 2026: Full Staff Holiday Begins. Our offices will close completely for the holiday break.
  • March 4, 2026: Normal Operations Resume. We will start accepting new orders and resume shipping.

  • Reshipping: In rare cases, packages may be returned by logistics hubs due to volume overload. If this happens, we will immediately generate a new tracking number and reship your order to ensure delivery.
